Didn't get much done this weekend...
- Used a piece of 6" aluminum tubing 18" long, cut a 1/2" section out to make a inlet on the bumper for the turbo. Got the bumper cut and than trimmed the aluminum tube so it contours the bumper
- Milled ~.015 off the back of the pistons, just used a round aluminum burr and milled a groove between the wrist pin, have about .020 of clearance now
- Cleaned the block for assembly
- Cleaned/Hung the rods on the pistons
- Tig welded reluctor wheel to crank
- Dropped the crank in the LSx block, installed main caps and completed 2 torque sequences
- Drilled remining holes in the valley cover and pre-fit 1/8" bung for oil pressure
- Ground off fill tube from valve covers to weld on Aluminum fill bung and cap
- Touched up a couple areas on the cage where the paint was thin
- Mounted fenders and front bumper back onto car to go to paint
I'll get some more work done tomorrow morning before work.

The car looks really good Phil.. When you lengthened the front a-arms it really made that front end look great! This has been a very interesting thread.. Just makes me feel really really lazy!! haha
