Street & Performance makes a real nice AL one. $140.00 polished - $175.00 chrome. They also make a 3 pin MAF $45.00 polished - $70.00 chrome.

If you want to look locally look for a place that sells diesel truck parts. The intake elbows and tubing are common replacement parts for them and the larger truck part distributors will even have some in stock.

I got mine from intakehoses.com, part # 90HL40R35 Reducing Elbow 90 Degree 4inch ID to 3.5inch ID $16.70. The setup pictured below is temporary until I figure out where I'm going to get cold air from... my current thinking is cutting a big hole in the core support, adding another bend at the filter, and creating an air box for the filter. I'd really like to come up with something slick using the cowl induction though.

You can also look at a CAT dealer or buckhorn rubber. I got a 4" 90, 60, 45 and 22 degree elbow to try and I got a 4" aluminum tube from mymetalconnection.

I don't remember their exact prices. I have a 4" 68 degree and a 4" 22 degree elbow left over that I can sell for $30.

I built my own from 3.75 mandrel bent exhaust piping (stainless). TIG welded the elbow, ground it smooth and had it chrome plated. The arm I welded on is where it mounted to the top of the radiator.

If you wanna go really low buck- here's the recipe for my "Home Depot" CAI.

all located inthe plumbing section...

1x- 3" rubber elbow
1x- coupler
1x 1' section of black PVC pipe.

To get the elbow to fit the throttle body I had to heat the one end with a heat gun and stretech it over to fit.

The pvc pipe was trimmed to length and I drilled one hole for the AIT sensor and used a grommet to plug it in.

It's not a showpiece but it works and it's on a budget. I'll probably go back and get or make a nice show piece one later on.
