Yes, it bolts up, but only 5 of 6 bolts. The bolt hole at the 2 o'clock position (facing the flexplate) doesnt' exist on the LSx motors (don't try and drill it, there's a water jacket there).
GM added a bolt at the 12 o'clock position which the TH400 doesn't have. If you're going for big power, you might try to figure out how to add a boss for that bolt.
Not sure of the specific details for the flexplate / spacer and TQ Converter. Somebody else should know. Or check out the transmissions forum......I'd say search, but it is sometimes hit or miss (sometimes it works, sometimes not).

The flexplate part number to run a TH400/TH350/700r4/4L60 is 12551367 ($87.24). That flywheel is flat, not dished like the f-body, or c/k truck flex plate, so it requires a special spacer between the flexplate, and the crank. The spacer part number is 12563532 ($28.50), and the bolts for the set up are part number 12563533 ($3.88 each). The flexplate itself may come with the spacer, and bolts together... make sure to ask before you order so you don't end up with too much crap.
