Can I get some advice on whether or not my stock clutch pedal will work for my T56 switch into a 67-72 chevy truck? I have not purchased the engine drivetrain yet but was hoping I could get some help from someone that has done this with the hydraulic clutch setup. Any helpful ideas are welcome. Is there mods needed to be made to an existing pedal? Where to mount the GM slave cylinder? Resevoir? Will I need the clutch return spring on the pedal? Where will the shifter location be on these trucks? Please help if you can.

hit mine up. i'm in the process of trying to make it work right now. lots of threads near the top about it also.
you have slave cylinder and master cylinder mixed up. slave cylinder is inside the bellhousing. master cylinder bolts to the firewall and attaches to the pedal.
sucks - i have everything bolted together and running, ready to drive, but no clutch
and it looks like i'll need to drop the tranny to change out the stupid quick disconnect on the slave cylinder ![Grin](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)
fun stuff!
