Default Basic questions not shown above....

Hi All-

New here, great site, tons of info. Doing some prelim research to put an LSx into a full size Pontiac. Intention is to use a pre70 Vert. Goal is too have a mileage friendly car with all modern accessories, a/c, cruise, etc etc. I have a street/strip non LS1 car now and wouldn't consider driving an hour away with it.

I looked through the stickys and would like to know:

Diagram or drawing with dimensions from motor mount to bellhousing surface OR motor mount to t56 trans mount.

Overall dimensions of engine and/or engine tranny.

Thank you-
John

Here is link I found in searching for T56 dimensions. Working on trying to find the dimension to mount also.

Another page from Chevy High Performance. Don't forget that the one below does not include the bell housing.

Appreciate it, I also found the t56 info but nothing with LSx.

I will browse the links above.

Thanks-john

Anybody know of any vintage GM full size installs?
