Thanks again, guys. I appreciate it.

Here's a lame video that I took this past weekend. Nothing exciting, but cool to hear it run again.

And before anyone points it out... yes, the dip switches were set wrong.

Yep, sure is. I'll have it on a chassis dyno in about a week and a half, we'll see how it does. I'll post some video.

I linked a picture and the thread to the nissan forum i frequent (http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread/330554) in an attempt to educate some of the younger domestic haters on that board about the beauty that can be a camaro and also so that those whom already have respect and admiration for the car can see the level of work you've done. You sir have a beautiful car and I have come up with a slogan for it. *this is said in first person by you XcYZb "One mans dream is now MY reality". I will continue working and searching and doing all I can to one day build a car 1/10th the level of quality you have. Thank you for the inspiration.

Thanks for the kind words. I checked out the link that you provided. Big Red is the biggest single inspiration I have for the car. I remember when Popular Hot Rodding did the feature on it in '90, I still have my copy. I wanted to build a modern version of it. I'm surprised the members of that site didn't pick up on the similarities. Maybe they were too busy bitching. lol

yeah alot of them were too busy thinking of their own personal favorites. as much as i hate to admit it that was the first i've seen or heard of big red. I believe i've been living in a hole for a while lol. Honestly i was suprised that more of them didn't notice the quality of your build, but to each their own and you sir have a beautiful car.

Dyno'd it, and it made 498rwhp and 470rwtq. My goal was 500rwhp, so I'm happy with that. Now I need to get the NX wired up.

Video of one of the runs

I'm so glad I found this thread again! I've been waiting to see the finished product for so long, and it's not even my car. Don't you just feel cool? I'd love to have something similar and know it's bad *** like that! Whose black Chevelle is that in one of the pics in the background? If that is yours too, I'm going to kill my self. j/k

No, that's not my Chevelle. That was at Autokraft getting some work done when mine was there getting painted.

Beautiful car Scott. As someone else noted...inspirational.

What lens/camera combination are you using. Very crisp shots!

My camera is an old Sony DSC-V3 (came out in 2004). I've had it a long time and the wife and I have taken almost 15,000 pics with it. I'd love to get a digital SLR someday, but car parts have always taken priority over a new camera.

Finished car looks great. One more ? the pulley set up, I know you said it came from synister. Did you use the stock water pump? If so how does the pulley fit. Isnt the stock pulley pressed on? I would like to get just the water pump pulley.

Thanks. The water pump is for a 98-99 F-Body which uses a flange that the pulley can bolt directly to. I pulled the heater core nipples out of the housing and drilled and tapped for 1/2" NPT for the AN adapters.
