I forgot how clean engines look when they're brand new . Beautiful car man, can't imagine how much work went into that.

wow

koni, dry sump, what do you got a 69 full out track car?! Looks beautiful, The small detail work is where is at, I can see all the detail you've put in. I bet putting those -AN lines puts a bruise on your thigh. I feel i havn't even given you enough compliments to commend you on a awesome build.
Good luck with your project.

Thanks Ronald. I definitely want to do a bunch of PDE's when it's finished.

As for the 350 emblems, that's all coming off when it goes to paint.

Which front sub-frame are you using? I was looking at buying the Art Morrison front sub, do you have any opinions on sub-frames?
Also, are you going to powder coat or POR-15 the front subframe? And, are you using a 12 bolt or IRS in back with mini-tub?

It's a Wayne Due subframe with DSE control arms, Koni coilovers (550lb springs), Speedway Engineering sway bar with heim joints, ATS forged aluminum spindles that use the Vette bearing assemblies, AGR 12:1 road racing rack, etc. It's going to be painted black with a satin clear. The rear end is a Currie 9" with aluminum housing, nodular 9+ race case, 31 spline axles, etc. The suspension is a quadra-link which is similar to a 4 link, but all links have what's similar to a jonny joint for no bind in roll and uses an adjustable panhard bar for lateral location.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone.

I work my *** off to get to where I am today looking at a c5 vette at 20 years working 60hrs a week and still going to school. All I have to say is thanks lord for giving me my body to do what I do, I can see that you probably worked your *** as and it shows with a bad *** ride, one of the badest if not THE badest ride on here; mainly because of the sweat you put into it.

Wow, what a great job! Can you tell us what those intake tubes were made from? Looks like a combination of a couple kits. It looks so clean

Thanks Pat. I made the intake plumbing from 4" mandrel U-bend steel tubing. I cut it with my metal cutting bandsaw, indexed it, and welded it up and painted it. I played around with a few different colors (silver, gloss black, satin black, etc), and I like the satin black the best. The silver (trying to somewhat match the aluminum) was just too much. Here's a better pic of the motor in the car:
