Is there a write up/how to you're using for a reference? If so, could you post a link to it?
Thanks

I'd go LS1 as well. It can make just as much power as the LS2 with a couple upgrades. You can then sell the LT1 t56 and source one from an LS car. I got my t56 with 50,000 miles on it for about 1k.
However, if you got some extra money to spare then go for the LS2. As far as the k-member is concerned, the LS2 should fit a 4th gen fbody's. You'll also need, as previously stated, fbody oil pan and steering rack.
Cheers.
