[/IMG] It would be difficult to tell what headers can fit in there. Do you have a pic of the undercarriage and of the space between the engine and the rails.
You could try the RX7 headers from JTR. They run very close to the block. Would be worth a try.
I have always wanted to see this swap and tried to convince a friend of mine to do it.
As far as headers go, I am not sure, but I would think that making your own custom set would be the way to go.

Need more pics!
I want to see the chopped and patched rear engine supports and your motor mount setup.
Are you using the corvette/gto aluminum brackets and mounts?
I subscribed to a different thread about an s2000 build but it hasn't been updated...https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-swaps/687861-s2000-ls1.html
Really interested in the progress.

will be getting pics as i move along, the chopped portions you speak of are the tunnel reinforcements that fade into the "rails". they have to be cut if you want to push the motor back against the firewall, i cut them out and welded in 1/8 plate steel to connect the 2 seperated sections. i made my own custom mounts and once everything is back together i will take some pics for you.
