If GM built it, they could do Displacement on Demand, and run off of 4, 8, or all 12 cylinders. That'd be pretty cool.

Damn right. 550-600hp, check. AFM for emissions and fuel economy, check. Someone notify GM to put this motor in that Cadillac Cien concept from a few years ago. Lamborghini who??

DAMN I wish i payed attention to the booth more so I could have seen who made it. I never even asked the guy what his name was. I guess I didn't think that there would be so many negative whinny bitches commenting when I posted the pic.

This motor was a runner. Why would you even say that when you were not there asking the guy the questions. You need to get a life. I look at your posts and all you do is talk ****.

80% of what shows up at SEMA from "little guys" never makes it to market. 40% of what the big guys bring either never gets seen, or doesn't do what they say it will...

These children just don't have any of those life experiences.... Yet.

Its ok though, im gay

Congradulations to the guy who was able to pull that off! I was at SEMA and missed it, was it in the GM hall? Wow, I'm gonna have to look for that thing again next year!

I like it. I know I would never spend my money on a one off of that type but it's people like that who get people thinking and find ways to do stuff.

so we won't be buying v12 or v16 lsx blocks who cares I am sure he had to do some other methods to get something to work during the build and run. now he/we can learn from what worked and lasted. thats how we learn and get to where we are today. after all that's why Gm, Ford, BMW and so on build there odd ball stuff. if it looks good on paper it does not mean it works well... then they test these ideas improve it make it work and so on.

I'll uncover this line of BS too....
I'm not trying to argue, but you're being a dick about something you know nothing about. They're called thunder mustangs. They're replicas of p51's and use the falconer v12.

Just to prove you wrong, have a look: http://www.thundermustang.com/

I just wanted to bring to everyone's attention that the plane does in fact exist, and not to let him spread false info about its non-existance.

It'd be bad *** if this thread got back on track and we could learn more about this gentlemans amazing creation.

A few years ago either GMHTP or High Performance Pontiac had an article about 10 cylinder LS prototypes . Wicked !

QSPres has not been warned about anything since his log in information is no longer valid apparently...

Several e-mails to the admin has resulted in NO response what so ever....

LOL. It pleases QSPres to no end that his little tops are still spinning....

Humbler, your 1st statement is untrue since I personally sent it to him privately, but I will warn you now publically ....DO NOT STIR THE POT on the QSPres issue or you will be next to loose your privileges here! Get it?

Seriously though, this engine is a work of art. I too remember the article in GMHTP in one of the 10th aniversary issues about a team of engineers making a v10 candestinely.
