Cruise Control for LS2 DBW
I'm wondering if anyone has cracked this egg yet?
I'm putting a GTO LS2/T56 in a 68 Camaro and want to use the ECM controlled cruise control. I've converted the LS2 over to the Corvette accessories but will retain the GTO E40 ECM. In looking at the wiring diagrams it looks like I need a Powertrain Interface Module (PIM) and a Body Control Module (BCM) to make this work.
Is there an easier way? Do the guys that rework the harnesses provide for this or do I need a custom set-up.
Many thanks for any insight.
Cheers

Hope this helps.
Surely someone has figured this out?

Same question as the OP. I know a few have suggested having an SSR or Trailblazer OS flashed to the GTO PCM (along with the use of a Trailblazer pedal) in order to have the PCM control the cruise functions. But the SSR and Trailblazer are "truck" LS2's with different intakes and MAF's. The factory tune for the GTO is likely somewhat different. I'm trying to keep this as simple as possible and thus would like to retain the GTO flash on the PCM.
Apparently, the Powertrain Interface Module (PIM) controls the cruise control in conjunction with the GTO's E40 PCM. I'm trying to track down the PIM out of the shell from my LS2 donor car.
Has anyone gotten a GTO E40 cruise control to function using the GTO PIM? I'm wondering if the BCM is required too, or if the PIM alone will do the trick?
Thanks.

I guess you just need a wire to drive it with then.
