Can i just block off the vent tube from the TB to the valve cover? How about the crossover tube? What do i have to block off for the swap? its a ls1 into a 71 chevelle? What bout the line connected to the motor under the tb i think its vaccume.

You can eliminate all the hoses and just run a carb type fuel filter out of one of the vents on the valve covers if you want. Put plugs on the rest of the holes. The PCV system is used to capture any emmisions escaping out of the crankcase. It really won't effect power leaving it hooked up, but it is not very nice looking. All you need is a filtered vent so the crankcase can breath. If you seal it up completely, you will begin to see oil leaks from your seals due to pressure build up in the crankcase.
