One thing to consider about the massive radiator and trans cooling: the rad and cooler are for that Duramax pulling 15 to 20 thousand pounds and up! With that engine combo in a 4000 lb package would only see that kind of load until the pucker-factor took over. You would have to put the tallest gear in there you could find due to the rpm limits. I also have considered it but going into a g body instead.

My truck from the factory has 373s and tops out at about 110mph. Thats with 245/60r16 tires.
