Default you know your having a bad day-

when you go to install your rocker arms, and find the lifters in the box also-
you guessed it, off come the heads-still in that gen 1 mentality
at least the front end is off the car, no exhaust, have head studs, so only need 2 new gaskets needed-i gotta slow down a bit, bouncing around too much, doing the paint & body work, trying to fit up the gen 3 in the A body, plus assem. the engine, my brain is getting scattered-lol

Default you know your having a bad day-

when you drop your pushrods into your sbc (after you bolt down the intake) and they disappear. (The lifters were still in the tool box)

when you find your oil pump after bolting the oil pan on. (it was a really bad day)

This one reminds me of the time I rebuilt my drag car motor, get it back in the car and see my oil pump sitting on the shelf! Doooh! (homer simpson)

When you've had your engine in your car for a year and still no trans cause you keep having to spend money on other things other than your car. I need a trans for cheap to get it going!! 4L60E if anyone has one close to me so shipping won't kill me let me know.
