I guess I haven't updated this in a while! haha..

Car over the winter received, and is still receiving - Q45 diff with CV axle swap - MP T76 Q trim turbo - Full suspension - big brake setup - and a cage.. at this point all I have left to do is finish up the interior with the sound deadener, install my rear end setup, and finish the turbo setup, and it will be done! PRobably another month or so, and it will be out tearin some *** once again!

That is one badass Z dude. I love the dumped look. I have a 78 280z in my shop right now with a 355 sbc and th350. After the summer it's getting an LS1 / T56. Possibly something "extra" down the road. Being a student sucks. No dinero.

This might have be asked before, but where are you from?

That's one badass Z you have there man, s30 are by far my most favorite Zs of all time.

Right now I'm in the process of swapping an LM7 into a 1986 300zx, should be a fun quick toy/DD

My rear end in it consists of q45 vlsd, s13 subframe, one q45 axle and one z32tt axle.

That's all I've got for sideshots. lol, I dont have much of a side to my garage! haha

Ordered -
Precision Turbo 46mm Wastegate
Tial 50mm BOV
All the mandrel bends and silicon adapters needed to do the whole cold side.

All I have left is injectors, custom driveshaft, tune, and tires!

I respectfully disagree. Those are definitely shorty headers, that have been modded to accept the 3" pipe. Look at the headers, you can see the collector was pointing up / (down) prior to fabbin on it.

I love that spoiler, where did you get it?

They were foxbody 5.0 headers, cut the flanges off to accept an LSX header flange, then chopped the collector area and made it work.

a few updates!

Getting closer!

Are the headlights on the model car covered in plastic? you know, there were Z's that actually came with those. If you like them, you can find them lol.

Your car looks GREAT! My friend has a 1978 280Z we put a 355ci SBC and a built TH350 in. Ima have to show him this thread.

Wrong.

No S30 ('70-'78 Datsun Z) ever sold in the U.S. ever came with headlight covers from the factory. They were often sold as an accessory at the dealers and now several aftermarket vendors sell them in clear and smoked versions.

I dont think I specified a country, I simply stated that there have been cars with them. Regardless of a dealer option, or aftermarket. I was simply pointing out that they are out there
