You could use something like this as well. Just add a fitting on top and run a line and your good(kind of a import thing but hey it works and looks good):

You'll have to download their catalog and search for it, it's somewhere in the LS1 accessory section. They're usually part of a kit but you can buy the brackets alone; I don't remember the cost.
I used their upper and lower bracket and two pulleys, the upper bracket is adjustable to put tension on the belt.
