Very nice, very clean! I bet that thing would do even better with a different muffler, the outlet hole inside that tip looks kinda small, I'm sure it was designed for an engine with much less displacement. SWEET car though!

You and chris have identical cars and I should be done with my third LSx Nissan. You should look into attending Import Alliance in Nashville next year.

Damn Nashville is FAR!!!! it would be nice though I wish i had a trailer i would. By next year who knows what will happen.

Wouldn't that be M6 never heard of m12 I used and pro 5.0 fbody short shifter becuase the gto shifter sits too far back(approx 3") and a mustang shifter and ****

the muffler is 3.74" diameter its an apex-i gt spec the biggest exhaust the japs make pretty much!! in conjunction with 3" kooks y-pipes. I loud how the exhaust sounds (to me sounds more like a mustang) I would never but dual exhaust on this kinda of car because it would look gay. I will post a exhaust note video soon!!

I do like the stealth look of the exhaust.. looks more like a ricer.. complete with "coffee can" exhaust

As you can tell I'm more old school.. I think Duals if done right would look sick.. But again you would loose the stealth status..

Of course the sound of that V-8 is a dead give-away but that wouldnt be revealed until you blast past the clown thinking you have four cylinders less.

Awesome build..

all gto's come with m12. they have zo6 gearing and different sycnhros then f bodies. thy basically are the same as a zo6 tranny but configured like an f body tranny. look unde the hood of a gto at the placard on the frame rail behind the driverside headlight and there a tag that says transmission: m12

Nice car! I wasn't sure if you were going to be able to finish when you started the thread but it turned out great. Have you gotten any races with it yet?

Okay after driving this car around for about 3 months I realized that my clutch was **** from day one and my dumb *** should have changed it during the swap. So xmas came a little early this year in the tune of a new clutch from SNL Perfomance Its a Monster clutch Stage 3. Also I installed a J30 vlsd to stop the one wheel madness.

28lbs flywheel

On my drive home I quickly realized that I havent even began to understand the capabilties of this motor and the power it holds....This clutch GRABS like a *********er too!!! The diff is what it is....locks up both wheels on launchs & gets the car slide'n for some fun like I want, and has a 3.91 gear. Over time a vlsd will be no match for this motor.

Thanx to my boys at TARMAC Motorsports for the help for this hella job yesterday

Damien getting his hands dirty!!
