Default Intake question.. LS6 or a truck manifold?

I just bought an LS2 for my 98 BMW. I have researched some already and found that the LS6 intake flows much better than the stock LS2. But i also see that the truck manifolds flow better than the LS6, but many do not use them because of hood clearance in Fbody's. Well fortunately i dont have an fbody anymore and have hood clearance in check, so do you guys think i should just look for an truck intake? if so, what truck vehicle intakes should i be looking for?

The Truck may have a better flow rate at the low to mid range RPM, but in the upper range, the LS6 will show better power.

If you're not worried about hood clearence why not go with the victor jr efi manifold? They are supposed to flow as good as fast 90s

The truck intake flows very well until about 5000 RPM if you spend a lot of time at high RPM then the LS6 intake is worth it. If not the truck intake is dirt cheap and make great torque.

I agree. It all depends on the cam you are going to run and the RPM at which said cam makes the most power. If you're looking for a truck intake, I have one from an 03 LQ9 with fuel rails and injectors that I will sell you for a good price.
PM me in interested.
