Could you get Chevy Chase to sign the glovebox and then take
it to barret-jackson to get millions?

Nice project.

Eric: I saw the family truckster at cardomain. encouraged people to beg you to put Aunt Edna on the roof, but it looks like that's a forgone conclusion by others now that I've joined LS1 and can read this thread now.

Dude, you ROCK! That rides got the most comedic baggage of all! Talk about a great idea!

Oh, and when it's on display, have the lampoon's vacation theme song playing, lol.

A-W-E-S-O-M-E work! Hell, I don't even have a LS1, just a L32 in my Firebird and being able to posts this was enough to make me join.

OK, THAT'S freakin' hilarious - NOT what you said, but the fact that you're saying that while you're sporting a VOLVO... Honest to God man, that's the automotive equivalent of a king-sized bucket of deep-fried warthog *** with a side of pickled catfish faces!!!

I'll give ya this though - I'll bet it's the quickest car in the "Pride Parade"...!

To the original poster - Man, I'm sure I'm not the ONLY one who'd love to hear about the experiences you've had on the Power Tour...

How do you fuel it up?
Yeah, I ran across him last December when he was selling copies of the crown that he had on ebay. At first he was all about helping me out, and said he would sell me 2 copies he had after the first of the year, so I didn't buy the ones he had on ebay with a "buy it now" then after we made a deal, before I could find out where to send the payment, he decided not to sell them to me. I'll let you come up with your own reason for that, as I don't want to get into a pissing match with anybody. I even joined that forum to try and find someone who might have bought one, but to no avail. I think me joining that forum might have pissed him off, but if he would have kept his word I never would have. In the end I ended up making my own, which is what I had planned to do when I bought my car, before I found out about him anyway. BTW, the gas filler is behind the hinged left taillight.

LOL! That was funny As for Power Tour, it was a great time, as usual. To be honest I was blind-sided at the reaction the car got! I would love to know how many pictures were taken of it! I've never had a car that people had to have their picture taken with. I just got home, was a long drive due to many of the interstates I was planning on taking were under water! But all in all it was a good time, I would recommend it to anybody who has never been. I don't think you would be dissapointed.

Loved your car on the power tour. Talked to you guys out in Topeka and got a great picture of your car on the autocross track with the leash hanging off the bumper. I was suprised how quick it handled the autocross track. I'll try to post it up soon for you to see.

Best thing about that car was that I'll forget all the other cars I saw at the tour, but I'll never forget your car. It's a car that really brings a smile to your face when you see it and everyone talks about.

I was lucky enough to park a couple of spots away from you at Topeka (51 GMC) & we had a ball watching the reactions from all the folks. Loved the shirt too! Enjoyed meeting & talking with you. Had to be the most looked at / talked about / eye catcher on the tour! Excellent job on your "truckster"

I'd just to like to thank everybody for the comments, and it was a great time on Power Tour. But I'm real bad at remembering names, so don't be offended if I don't remember you right away! I am however good at remembering cars so...... Anyway, dman, I didn't get any video of the 1/4 mile And 00MaroonZ28, yeah, I'd like to see the autocross pics. Oh, one other thing, if anybody else got any pics, I'd like to see them! Nine Ball, either you or BigBronco took some driving shots, I really want to see them
