what do you consider hard? i've got 2 close friends that both take junkyard 5.0's slap some used heads, intake, header, exhaust on it and a used cam in it hit it with a 90shot with slicks and a 5g dump 11.4 lol. they've basically built their car for like 2g's including the price of the car. sohc 4.6's take alot more money to make fast than 5.0's. garbage imo. that stang is clean but im with whoever said they are notch fans i love me a notchback.

AJE makes a kmember with mounts for a direct bolt in of an LS1, i think it's $349 for kmember w/mounts. Lots of guys on this site seem to be using it. What does it have for a kmember in there now, stock?
Love the car, super clean, will make a great ride when done. What brand of TT kit is that? You'll have to keep us updated how it all works. I've got a '93 Notchback i plan to stick either a 5.3 or 6.0 in it, and i had a dream last night about doing a twin turbo setup. lol.

I got some work done to the car today. I'm hoping to have the radiator in place next week so that I can get the car to Todd Moyer to do all the piping...
I'm waiting on the F-Body oil pan so that I can bolt the rack back up, when I get the car back from Todd I'm going to do all the fuel system and wiring. Once the car is running I'm going to pull the motor out and send the car to get the engine bay painted. While the car is getting paint I'm going to change the heads and cam.

Maybe 8-10? I'm not concerned with racing it, I just wanted a good looking street car that has plenty of power to spank some Mustangs.
I know I'm going to catch some **** for cutting the strut tower but I would rather cut it than have to move the header tube.

I bought this kit for my C-5 but decided to use it for this build and leave the Corvette stock. I will have have someone fab the cold and hot side but that will be pretty easy.

its coming along, I just orders a bunch of stuff for it yesterday and today. If I get time this week, I'm hoping to get the fuel system ran, radiator mounted, all the accessories mounted, drive shaft cut and mount the exhaust.
Hopefully I can send it to get the piping done next week

its going to get fixed when I remove the motor to get it painted. I'm going to be some round tubing bent and cut it in half so that the curve matchs and looks good
