Every owner i ever talked to has been head over heels in love with it(though i guess you have to be to justify its outrageous price IMO)
The nsx is a slow pos imho...Even with the supercharger the car only trapped around 113 mph....
Now the car looks awesome and handles very very very good...But..
The clutch and install on my nsx cost me $3200.00
The clutch and install on my Viper cost me $$700.00
The nsx is very expensive to maintain...But your spending all that money for a car that isnt quite their wifth a ferrari in exoticness...and isnt quite their with a stock 2003 cobra in speed.....
Youve basically gotta really want a ferrari/lambo but not be able to afford one and get a nsx IMHO or not wanna be a random 911 owner and get a nsx....
But Ive had a bad experiance with mine...I spent 6K in fixing things last year only to have the engine blow.....A brand new nsx engine is 27K.......even the cheapest 100K mile 1991 nsx engine will be 3,500.00 (if you can find one
The Viper on the other hand is not a wannabe ferrari or a wannabe anything for that matter..It's a Viper...The big dog displacement king with engines ranging from 8.0-8.4 litres...
Even a 1996 Viper with trap speeds from 116-119 mph makes no apologies to anyone as far as speed.....
Ill sum it up like this since Im rambling...When I drove my nsx I felt like I was in a exotic kool car...But I prayed that a modded Fbody never threw me any revs...Because I would probally lose...On the other hand in my Vipers I owned in the past I also felt like the car was very exotic and I welcomed any challange...I was 95% sure I was gonna win no matter what car I raced....Nice feeling to have

Maybe I'm new , but why does OP get **** about totaling cars.
These cars are made to be driven hard, if he broke one **** happens.
He fortunately replace 'em like i can replace hotwheels. haha
Again just curios.
