got mine at napa for $15
used acetone to clean the glass and the back side of the top which is smooth......
undid the top and lowered 4inches to release the pressure on the top........
used a rolled rag at each end to keep them seperate until i was done applying.......
braced the back side of the glass with a couple boxes and a towel to keep pressure on the glass.....
dryed overnight and it worked great.

I took my window curtain out and it was separated at top and bottom.
I used the 3M fast set urethane and clamped it on a large table to set for a couple of days.I also bought an air staple gun made for upholstery work, made it sooo much easier.
Mines held fine for over a year now(fingers crossed.)
I should mention that PO had used super glue to try and patch it. I had to scrape the spots of glue off as its like trying to glue thin glass.
