Fuel Pump Trap Door
I've wondered myself if this is possible, especially on the '98 cars that need a higher cut.
Right. I would assume that would be obvious, since the sub forum I posted in, but you never know, lol...
What do you mean the 98s need a higher cut? BTW, ironically enough mines a 98.
.
The '98s have a different gas tank (metal) than the '99+ cars (plastic), and the location of the fuel pump is slightly different. You have to cut and extract a bit closer to the back seat for a '98, which is even more difficult when it's a convertible. I could see maybe getting it to work for a '99-'02 car, but I think it would be really tricky with a '98 (or '93-'97 too). But maybe someone has done it, if so it would be great to know that it's possible.
