Default True duals in a 'vert

Anybody out there with true duals on a convertible. If so, are they dumped or out the back and whats the sound like while driving, top up and down. I've checked out LS1 sounds and didn't see any on a 'vert. I want trues but still want to talk to the pax and hear the radio.

Default true duals

i haven't heard of any true dual verts, usually coupes. with our y-pipe these things are made for a turbo set up. by the time the fumes get to the turbo they are already cooled down some. even less heat under the hood. any way i'm looking at a turbo set up...still looking into it.

Yeah, ground clearance is a big deal to me. Arizona is full of speed bumps and some really high centered streets for fast drainage when it rains. Lot's of high arcing entrances into gas stations, driveway, stores, etc. Just got tired of having to make diagonal entrances everywhere.

i have Lanes' 3" true-duals no cats, dumped before axle... on a stoker w/ stg3 h/c.
it's a bit loud ... but ok with top down... with top closed... can't floor it... too much noise... I find it worse with top up... resonates more inside the car.

Had them on the car for awhile, dumped before axle, very loud (that's why got rid of them). Couldn't carry on a regular conversation without almost yelling. Forget about listening to any tunes!!

Haven't an issue with mine at all yet when it comes to being too loud in the car, i listen to my music at the same volume and can talk to someone without having to yell.

I have TSP TD with Pacesetter LT's and no cats and its fine to me
