Default stock times???

What are our cars supposed to run bone stock?? 0-60 and 1/4 mile.

Just using this as a comparison to some other cars.

I guess I can bring it up here but I am considering trading my car in for a 350Z. I KNOW that these cars are way slower but I am needing something more reliable, cheaper insurance, and better MPG.

Are these cars fun to drive at all??

Thanks guys/gals!!

If you want better gas dont buy a 350Z..

Look at a S2000 they are in the same range and are faster with the right driver.
That being said I have never got better mpg in any car then I did in my Z06. 20 mpg city every time.

Question

I ran a 14.5, 98mph, stock, strictly amateur hour. I suspect with more practice it would do the high 13s. M6

I only managed 13.6s with a 2.0 60' and maybe 103(?)
MPH in stock condition. Traction was a big problem.
I have not been back to it since.

I ran a 13.9 at 101MPH stock. It was about 80 degrees and muggy so I'm guessing if I had better weather it would have been a little better.

Bone stock with something like 1200 miles on the clock I pulled a 13.42@104mph at Bristol. My sity ft was a 1.90 on the stock Firehawks. Bristol is something like 2000 ft above sea level and temps were in the upper 80s/lower 90s.

Bout a year later I pulled a 12.96@108 with the addition of a LID, de-baffled hood that was sealed to the LID, ported MAF and BFG Drag Radials. Sixty ft was the same {1.90}. The track was a sea level track in Ga {Silver Dollar Raceway} and the temps were in the lower 80s.

just went back to the track yesterday and they where only running 1/8 because of wind.Well I was cutting 1.87 60 ft again and best run was 8.06@88.18 which I think should be in the high 12.4's or very low 12.5's going to buy a dig camera so I post pics on time slips .Prev best in 1/8 was 8.13@87.31 with a 1.88 60 ft

Track was RICHMOND DRAGWAY in richmond Va
