Ive got the spaun torque arm and it has a loop on it. I would definitly recommend the torque arm. If you dont have an aftermarket one you will be very supprised in the results.

Doesn't specifically say which ones will fit a convertible, only those that don't.

I use the Jegs on my vert, required 4 holes but it mounted in a good spot. I have a spohn arm w/o the loop so couldn't use a bolt-on to the cross brace.

I use a lakewood along with several other convertible owners. I tried a LG unit but it did not fit.

Helps that lakewood is one of the least expensive.

Did you mean to say "NONE" would fit without modification?

i just removed a BMR d/s loop from my vert and it doesn't look like there was any modifications made to fit it. if you're interested, i'll let it go for $50 shipped. looks great, is black, and was only on the car for about 3000 miles max. take a look on BMR's site and pm me if you're interested. Speed Inc. installed it with a bunch of other things so that's why i say it doesn't look like anything was done to make it fit. you can call BMR too and just ask them if you want. let me know when you get around to it if you are interested.

later,
Dave

Thanks for the offer. I will keep it in mind and research it a bit. I am, right now, leaning towards the spohn TA with loop.

I can tell you for a fact the Lakewood fits a 'vert.

You also don't have to detach the driveshaft to
install it.

Thread from 2003 also says SLP's works https://ls1tech.com/forums/convertible-vehicles/117378-vert-drive-shaft-safety-loop.html (Don't know if they're talking about with modifying it or not.)
