UPDATE!:
Well, as you can see, she is all painted up, carpet is installed along with a rear sear delete box. Its a custom stitch job done through a shop eric knew.
The carpet came out really sweet! Seems to hug nice and its no too wrinkled, which i hate in carpets! Also, I believe it's a low weight one but I don't think it's gonna help much with this close to 4000lbs. slug! Well, I guess the i'm just gonna have to turn it up some more!
Reassembly should begin on monday. So I guess we are in the home stretch, then tune and some track time to evaluate the suspension and tire choice. And yes, we'll get some video!!
LaterZ! oh, enjoy!!

yeah, I have been pleading with the Eric at VRE to take so pics like that but he's busy usually or doesn't want to deal with my pushy ***!!!
I'll get him on it though... I'll say shooterjay sent me!!!
UM, the back window? What back window? OH!! you mean that bubble-fest i have going on? Yeah, that is what happens when youe a/c goes out for almost 6 months and in the rainy season down here, your windows get all fogged up and have to use the defrost.
Don't worry though, i'm getting so 5%'s thrown in soon. Don't want anyone peaking in!

can you post some full side view picks with the top down? also i didnt catch a price on here, very interested in getting a weld in.. someone hit my baby and they had to replace the the whole driver side rear. Now i want to get a cage to stiffin it up before mods. Watch out for illegal aliens who dont pay attention, have no drivers license, have no insurance and lazy cops who dont want to do their job. .

As a Proud New member of the Vert LS club. I am craving more pics. I am getting 2 6 pt roll bars made here very soon. Even more so interested in the turbo setups. I know it is a bit off topic but did they require A/C delete? Curious to learn more and see some numbers both dyno and track.

hey guys, i have been away but not gone!!
I still don't have any nice profile pics of the car with the top down since eric is somewhat reluctant on getting me those pics. I think he just wants to finish the project and then worry about pics later!!!
It's cool though.... let me see... we have a few things that we added. It's all getting wired in and such... so i have a few pics of that.
Here is the best i can do for now in a profile type of pic of the cage.
here's a shot of the engine bay almost 99% finished
a shot of the Blowzilla/Godzilla BOV
.... and a sneak peek of the things to come and to finally finish up this project, once and for all........ well, that is, for now!
Well, i guess i can spill the beans a bit. We all know about the nexus gauges right? Well, up until the other week, you could order a set of the speedo and tach in a 3 3/8's however, you couldn't get a pair since they were not even in product.
However, autometer, after we thought we had stepped into a nightmare, with no actual date set for delievery, sent us a nice christmas gift. We got the very FIRST in existence, nexus 3 3/8's speedo and tachometer! Its cool in a way but at the same time, no one knows how they will turn out.
Anyways, thought that was kinda cool...

thanks, i know i have been away from tech.... the car is getting so much of my attention that it's difficult to squeeze time for anything else....
jay: Nah!!! Its actually called charcoal pearl. If it looks familiar, thats because it's the same color you'll find on the late-model honda accord coupe's. Of course, since my car was originally silver, and not sprayed over a black base, it will shine differently however, its the same color.
At first, i thought the color does look like the car is dusty but in person, when it's clean that is, it has a nic pearl effect and changes a bit with the angle you view it at.

hahahah!! its the standard rear seat delete you get or the one that everyone gets around here on tech. It's just a box that fills in the space where the back seat used to be....
