well over 150 mph where my speedo stops.
95Z
cam
CAI, headers, no cat or mufflers, new injectors, polished throttle body
Procharger and all new rear end (12 bolt and 3.73 gear) gaurenteed 557hp at the wheels, so, as soon as spring comes and i get a bigger speedo i can give a more correct number.
i was on 57 south, southern illinois, straight away, 2:30 in the morning. for anyone who drove there, they know its just you and the deer at that time of night.

On a way to a car meet with a 675rwhp '08 Z06 and a 600rwhp '07 Z06... they took off after a Murcielago on an L.A. freeway... didn't know how to get to the meet so there I went... 155 mph later and top up I realized I could only hear the engine and the exhaust. I was truly amazed at how sturdy the top was.

162mph twice with the top up. 155mph maybe a little more with the top down. My ears were killing me after letting it coast back to the speed limit. On another ocation I did 145mph with 2 passengers (both 6'6") racing a fox body mustang that was highly modded. I took him in 3rd but he hung all the way up there, then just coasted. The guys in the car thought that I was crazy.

Iin my 96 Z vert, 135 or so racing an old MR2 down 83 with the top down. Really had more in it, but when you're going that fast 3-4 feet from the median wall, well, thats a lil' scary.

My friend and I took the Camaro for a cruise, had some fun, and tried to see what we could get the SS up to before we ran into traffic, at about 145 mph she is slowing down big time haha, we are in the process of designing a ram air system that works with the 2 grill slots, i would imagine that if i could eliminate those 2 walls of air it might be easier. Hopefully with that and a cam we can make 170. Still might be hard since i don't know any roads long enough. It isn't 219-mph but maybe 1 day haha.
