Also is there anyway to indicate which tranny is in the 05 by looking at this shifter? Or do you have to physically climb under the car?
You have an A4.

All '05 auto Corvettes had the previous A4
All '06+ has the A6 with paddle shift tabs of the steering wheel.

If thats the case you better go tell all these people there stupid then its just a simple question no need to be a jerk off.
So I must have been lied to then.
What's your problem?

The stupid sign simply means that I AGREE with what chuck01 said.

You asked a question and I answered it. I am right... also the steering wheel for 2005 is different from all other C6's as well. I dont care if that place says it was an option.... it didn't exist until the '06 model year.

There was no '05 A6, Josh is right. I would think an A6 would be better then an A4.

Not many great 60' times from A6 guys. So far guys seem to be having an easier time adding big stalls to the A4, which trump the better gear ratios of the A6. This is starting to change as more TM and tranny tuning tables for the A6 have been cracked.
