Default Whose put their C6Z on a rollback?

I HOPE I just sold my GTO this week, so I'll be FINALLY able to make a purchase for a 08 C6 Z06

Since I live in Ohio, lots of snow and salt, that thing is going from one home to the other without hitting the road!

My body shop just bought a 23' rollback tow truck.

Will the Vette bottom out getting onto that rollback? I know I probably would with a 19' but since this one is 23'

help me out!

Thanks!!

i dont own a vette or anything but have had some experience with rollbacks and cars. just throw some 2X4s and stuff on the ground the make the elevation a little more gradual instead of an instant angle. good luck.

It'll be fine, but you'll have to build angle with lumber as mentioned.

I've never loaded a C6Z, but I have loaded up a 97 Viper GTS. I just used 2-2x10s, no problems at all.
A little tip for you...Drive the car up the bed yourself, hold the brake, then have a buddy level the bed before you get out & strap it down. It saves some stress on the drivetrain rather than winching it all the way up the bed.

yep i've loaded my C5 on a 26' rollback and the trick is using boards to level the track of the car. I'd say 2x10's about 8-10feet long with a couple small peices up by the trailer so the boards don't bend all the way down or crack.

I've loaded my C5 on my Dad's 21' and it's no problems. Didn't even need any boards. Bring 2 small boards and it'll be perfectly fine.
