UPDATE Allngn_c5's 402 with REV Xtreme 95mm tb RESULTS
Let me take a second and thank Tracy over at Rev Xtreme for performing the necessary modification on my billet 95mm tb to make it work correctly. Also want to thank Louis Gigliotti for taking a good amount of time out of his already overworked day for swapping tb's, tweaking the tune, and slapping her on the dyno !!! Thanks Louis, the results were definately worth waiting for.
Initial numbers before any tuning were around 507 rwhp 496 rwtq with the ls2 90mm tb. After tweaking the tune a little she made 511 rwhp 500 rwtq, and this is still with the ls2 90mm tb. Now these last numbers are with the REV Xtreme billet 95mm tb. 517.3 rwhp / 513.8 rwtq !! Thats a gain of 6.3 rwhp and 13.8 rwtq !! Not too shabby. Makes me wonder what would've happened had I took Ron's (Vengeance Racing) advice and went ahead and let him open the intakes inlet up to 100 mm and match it to the Rev Xtreme 100 mm tb? Oh well, not going to go there, but for ***** and giggles I'd bet 520/515. Either way I am happy.
Bobby said he will scan the graph and post it up tomorrow.
Thanks to everyone at LG Motorsports (Louis, Bobby, Anthony, Sean, Mikey)
Thanks to Ron at Vengeance Racing for doing a great job on the intake.
Thanks to Tracy at Rev Xtreme for modding the tb, and getting it back to LGM for the swap. Sorry it took so long to get some results to ya, but the shop has been VERY BUSY. Thanks again Louis.

Thanks fellas. I am very surprised at how much torque she picked up. Too bad I didn't go with the 100mm inlet and 100 mm tb on Ron's (VENGEANCE) ported 92 FAST. Not complaining just saying what if ??
GRAPH will be up tomorrow. Can't wait to see it.

I do have a line lock for the track and 305 35r18 Nittos dr's. Hope they work better this year at the track with some heat in them. They do well on the street. I am really going to have to relearn how to drive this thing.

Its about damn time you got some numbers, we've been waiting forever. I'm going to second what everyone else said, the HP gain isn't bad but nice TQ gains. It seems like you were looking for more TQ across the board and you definately accomplished it with this set up. Congrats.

However I have to wonder what gives you the right to come on here and post "its about damn time you got some numbers, we've been waiting forever" ?? When you make comments without knowing the arrangement I have with LGM then you paint a picture for everyone that reads this thread that LGM didn't make any effort to get my project done in a timely fashion. On the contrary I authorized LGM to take as much time as necessary to do everything right, and that's what they did. They did everything right, and everytime there was a block of time available they put 100% of there energy into my car. My project has taken a lot longer then anticipated due to ls2 blocks were on back order, gm shipped the wrong block once, callies 4 inch cranks were on back order. Also when the new motor was installed and started for the first time it was discovered that the NEW tb had an issue. So back to Tracy at REV who promptly modded it and returned it to LGM. It all adds up to delays. The delays made me miss my window to pick up the car before the weather turned to crap here in Michigan so I authorized LGM to put my car on the back burner. When there was time my modded tb was installed, tune tweaked, and re dyno'd. You need to understand that if I am ok with the arrangement, you should be too. LGM has a duty to put priority where priority is needed. I am no position to walk over and get my car so I told them it was fine to not treat my car as a first priority. Hell it was almost done anyways and I won't be picking it up until spring unless it comes back via transport. So with that being said I am very happy with the results of my LGM built, installed, and tuned ls2 based 402.
On a side note, maybe the longer my car is around the more the test bug will bite at Louis and encourage him to do some testing on my car with a couple of the new items they have at the shop.

Wow, I like how the hp peaks around 6k and holds to almost 6.5k before it starts to drop, that's awesome. It'd be cool to see a graph overlay between both TBs. Looks like shifting at 6200-6300rpms would be optimal.

Thanks for the positive critique of the graph. I was scrutinizing over it as well. She's going to be strong everywhere as far as I can tell. Power under the curve is amazing. This car is going to be so fun driving on trips. It'll make getting there more then 1/2 the fun. LOL

Oh I didn't see the dates on the graph, and for some reason I thought you made 500rwtq with the ls2 TB or was that rounded? But yeah power everywhere, you can't ask for more than that lol. Did you ever figure out the exact SCR/DCR?

I believe the 496.69 was the untuned run with the ls2 tb and after Louis tweaked it she made 500.xx rwtq. Either way I am shocked at the amount of torque the 95mm tb from Rev Xtreme added. Thanks Tracy.
