I just got the new OE Wheels Polished Deep Dish ZR1's for my street setup.
Front 17x9.5 with 275/40/17 Nitto RII's
Rear 17x11 with 315/35/17 Nitto Drag's
The rims were priced right and the 17" tires are so much cheaper than 18's I just had to switch over. Plus I was looking to get more rubber on the ground to help my 408 hook-up better on the street. I'm more about function than looking good with big rims. I did run 11.1@123 with a 1.65 60ft Sat night on this new setup. I usually run my drag pack, but wanted to see how these would do.
Just a heads up, if any vette guys decide to run these you will need to dimple the upper ball joint flat in the rear for clearance. That only takes about 5 good hits with a hammer and your done. Easy enough.
Enjoy the pics.

The rear upper ball joint just needs to be hammered flat. You will understand when you look at it.

The C4 ZR-1 is one of my favorites. Modern Classic.
Actually looks good on your C5!![Mr. Cool](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_cool.gif)
If they made an 18x11 for the rear to go along with the 17's up front I'm sure a lot of C5 guys would make the switch.
