New to me C6Z.
So I figured I'd post up my new junk. A low mile 2006 C6 Z06. My best friends grand parents bought it brand new, I was the first person to ride in the car. He is a doctor that wrote a check for the car and has always had corvettes. He is getting to the point that he can't drive anymore, I knew the history and I got the car at a great price. Hey, what's better than one Z06? Two. lol
I'm starting to get a decent collection of junk for only being 25 I think.

His signature suggests he has an '03 as well.
Congratulations on the new purchase, they're a blast to drive and pull like a freight train all the way to the limiter.

Only plans for it as of now are just some stereo upgrades and an exhaust to give it the sound it should have. My 03 Z sounds like a mnster with the B&B exhaust.
And yes I have a 2003 Z.
I would love to have some boost on one of my cars but after dealing with all the headaches of a procharged and all around modified 95 trans am that I had before it makes me reconsider. It seems like there was more headaches and broken parts than joy. But I will admit, when it was working and the weather was nice. I loved it

I would make sure the rocker arms have been changed out under the factory TSB. They were prone to failure on that model year of the C6Z that will cause catastrostic damage which will require a new $15k motor.
