Yup, thanks. Found it yesterday. I cleaned out those 3 "utter" looking things under the wiper motor and they were all 100% stopped up. Water rushed out of all 3 ports when I removed them. But the wipers are still staying on.

I'm hoping it all dries out in there.

Also, I realized that short also caused the battery to die. I charged it up 2 times to a full battery and it was dead over night. After that water all drained out of the motor.....now it keeps a normal charge.

We'll see if the wipers stay off after it dries.
