800 whp C5. 80E. Find me some weaklinks
Assuming all bases covered on motor/transmission with DSS level 5 axles and hubs what is next to break?
I am just making the transition from a turbo F body to turbo C5. What else needs to be done for a street car (mainly roll raced) with no track time?
Axles/diff.
Torque tube bushings. (Will stock torque tube hold that power?)
ECS trans/diff brace.
Is there any other absolute necessities anyone could think of to be reliable?

For 100% bullet proof (if there is such a thing), and since you are already doing a 4l80e conversion, I would get a C6Z differential and then put all hardened stuff in that. You'll need a C6 cradle as well.
Goodies you need:
SFI flex plate, DSS poly couplers, DSS 3.5" drive shaft, billet drive plate. Torque tube will be fine. You could get a Quick Time bell housing but its not needed. Ofcourse your half shafts and hubs will need to be done if you're REALLY gonna push it but... Lots of people run low 9s on stock halfshafts/hubs.
A good tranny cooler is needed as well.
Get ready to spend $$$$. C5s are not cheap to race for sure...
