service active handleing...
service active handleing... wtf does that mean?, this light only comes on if I'm driving really slow, I could drive for about an hour at decent speeds around corners and highway driving and I get no light, is there an easy fix??

does the service light stay on ? come on and then disappear?
I have had that pop up at times, but goes away........
Go to the corvette forum and do a search...
sometimes it dosent come on at all but when it does come on it stays on until I shut the car off but on restart the light is off, and it also does the warming up thing once in a while too

I didn't think this was possible with active handling and it makes you wonder.

Check the IAT (intake air temputer sensor) in front of the MAF (mas air flow sensor).It would cause the active handling warming up light to appear If the sensor goes bad,is not connected or has broken or bad wiring.
Faulty ground wiring is another common problem with AH problems. There are several ground positions around the car that can lead to problems. Two hard to find/understand are the rear ground straps and the battery ground. Several people have reported AH problems related to them in additon to the IAT sensor. Often when replacing mufflers the rear straps are hit and the battery often comes loose from its clamp and shakes the ground strap loose.

I have also had this problem. My front brake locked up at about 30 mph for a instant and then stopped. My active hanling has come on a bunch of times and I think it is the culprit of why I cant get good times from my car. If I launch it hard on drag radials the light comes on and the engine drops down on power for about 3 or 4 seconds before recovering. It has made me stop going to the track altogether with my car, people will come on and say its bogging but I know better, it has something to do with the active handling system.

Verdad Gallardo besides turning off the traction button is there any way to fully disengange the active handleing?? I havent had any brakes lock up yet but that scares me to think its happened to more than a few people, I'm sure hp tuners could turn if off right??
