Ok the best i could muster with the Blackwing and B&B PRT's was 13.45 @ 105 mph . Monday i installed the FLP Longtube header package with high flow cats and x pipe. Also did new plugs and Taylor Wires. Last night i went to HRP and got 4 runs in all new bests .
The first run i left the traction control on And ran a 13.6 at 107 mph. With a 2.3 60ft.
The second run was a 13.250 at 108mph Getting better
The third was a 13.003 at 108.4 mph with a 2.0 60ft
The last run was a 12.971 at 108.7 mph
With a 1.97 60ft. This launch was dumping the clutch at 3000 rpms with it hooking nicely.
As i attemped to run again i got to line up next to a 98 C-5 A4. Totally stock with just a NX 100 shot on it and as i was about to go for my burn out i got a check engine lite DOH!!!! So i just pulled off the track and went home to autotap it.
It was a IAT Sensor High Voltage code WTF So i dropped it off this morn at the dealership to fix it.
But all in all there is a lot more left in this car as it sits. It was hot and humid i had a full tank and was not powershifting. And i feel i could launch at around 4000 rpms to get the sixty down more. I figure maybe a 12.7-6 at 109 mph!
This car has 3 boltons only.
But the FLP long tube header system took off .5 seconds and added 4 mph
If you have a C-5 and you want headers dont even think twice FLP Rocks!!

From FLP Performance (Finish Line Performance) i got a deal on them because i have their headers on my impala. I got them for 1579.00 shipped to my door 2nd day air. But this kit included a x pipe also cam with export pipes to delete the cats and no cutting or welding was required to install.

These 1.75 inch long tube headers with 3 inch collectors come with 2 off-road pipes, intermediate pipes, x-pipe (all ceramic coated), 2 cats, bolts, gaskets, v-clamps, and band clamps for $1599.
