my car is c5 indy pace car 98 it's a4 with 3.15 gear end .. i'm plan'n to get 3.42 gear end with (pro-torque) torque converer .. am i will lose my normal drive and top speed ?? what's the 1/4 with this gear end...

any one here have idea a bout that ...

note : my c5 moded
*vortex ram air
* long tube headers
* off road x pip
* loud mouth exhaust
* hpp
* tb coolent by pass
* 180thermostat
* maf sensor with housing

what kind of times are you running now, before t/c and 3.42's.

you will gain more top end w/ 3.42s then the numerically higher gears. most top end cars dont accelerate worth a **** cause their rear end gearing is so numerically low, but they hold speed like nothin else.

And you wont lose your daily drive @ all
