You have 345 crank HP

Tou have 350 crank TQ

If you have 2.73 gears in your 99 a4 then the best you will probaly see at a race track in 60 degree weather is...

0-60 mph in 5.1

1/4 mile in 13.5 at 103

if your 99 a4 has 3.15 rear gears then the best you will probaly see at a race track in 60 degree weather is...

0-60 mph in 5.0

1/4 mile in 13.4 at 104 mph....

If your 99 a4 was a 2001 or up model with the LS6 block (minus LS6 heads and cam of course) 350 crank HP and 360 crank TQ......the best you would probaly see at a 60 degree track would be.....

2.73's.........0-60 mph in 5.0...1/4 mile in 13.4 at 104 mph

3.15's.........0-60 mph in 4.9...1/4 mile in 13.3 at 105 mph

There are MANY people that have done MUCH better than these numbers with 99 a4 corvettes.....

But 13.3-13.5 is an honest number for the a4 C5 that MOST people can acheive with a little practice.

Hey thanks for the numbers. I plan on taking it to the track this weekend. I will have to wait and see what I can do. I was also looking at that Vararam Air Intake I see it gave you .5 tenths of a second int the 1/4. Thats pretty cool. Well thats also with the Heads too huh. How hard was the intake to put on.

I'm going to need to get myself a Vararam, I'm dying to run a 12.9 in my car, but most of the time it only runs 13.2 to 13.4, with the 13.17 coming on an extremely cold fall day last year. It ran 13.27 at 106 last weekend in 55 degree weather.

GOD HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE THE 2.73's!!!!!!!!

I had the exact same car and returned it because of those SHITTY GM GEARS!!!!

First night I had it i lost to a M5 and a porshe of some kind.

The worst part was i traded a 2002 Camaro SS for it.

I took the car back and they had already sold my SS in a week. SO I learned my lesson and am saving for my dads 2002 Z06

The 2.73 C5 isnt that bad...

I ran 13.5 at 103 in a 2000 plus ft DA.. 82 degrees...70% humidity and 50 ft elevation....

Mine would run 13.3 at 105 mph bone stock with corrected times for the DA...

How fast do you really think C5's are?

Loosing to an M5 could easily happen in a 3.42 mn6 if your talking about the 500 HP version...

And some kind of posche is not nearly enough info....

A 2.73 geared C5 will kill a boxster or boxster S with ease. Even the new 2005 model.

A 911 carrera is a good match for a C5....I ran even with them at my track when I was bone stock.

Then you have more porshe models that will give Vipers and C6Z06's runs for there money.

They all look fairly alike but can easily differ in price by 100 G's.

The fastest 2.73 C5's I read about do 13.0....The slowest do 13.8...

They average around 13.4-13.6...How is that dogg slow? That would be a fairly decent time for an Fbody...But when a C5 dose it it's dog slow and you should take it back to the dealer?

Your SS camaro went 13.5 at 103 mph....What did your C5 a4 w/ 2.73's run at the track?

Never ran the C5 at the track, it had a few other problems as well, the brakes were warped bad and i got accepeted to the police academy and couldnt afford it at the time, thats why i took it back.
