My project starts...
Don't laugh at my fender covers!

Tomorrow, the heads will be coming off. They look REALLY good....as they should, they don't have 15k miles on them.

Here's some of the misc parts that came off.

And the big guy that came off the middle of that thing.....

I should have more pics as we progress to the new monster.
This is one of my many goofs (rounded the bolt on the air tube)

We got the heads pulled. This is a bad pic, but I am trying to show you the reason for a new motor (#7 in the back has a pretty rough cylinder)

One thing that kinda chapped me a$$ is this....I'll give a cookie to the first person that can guess what the problem is.

I have heard of soo many people who do this project adn they always go for the most expensive people around...dumb idea id say....
Are you going N/A? or turbo/supercharger setup?
looks like you can pick the motor from the top right!
damn.... looks like it would be about 50% easier to do a H/C swap on a C5 than a F-body.....

Parts are going to be from vendor I go with, but the rotating assembly is going to be Callies crank/rods and JE pistons.
I am trying not to spend a truck load of money, but for something like this, that is nearly impossible to do.
When the Kenne Bell comes out in March, I am going to get one of those kits. They are capable of 18psi, but I am only going to run ~12-14.
