Question Vararam
Anybody have a vararam cold air kit.
Is it any good?

i do and cant complain. havnt been to the track with it yet but it really improves over stock. dont buy into "ram air" but it does provide some of the coolest air you can get.

I have one, works good, dynoed 12 rwhp more with it after installing it (no fans used on the dyno). I love mine.

I have the VORTEK and see no real difference between the two, except the install is easier.

I have one and mine dynoed the same power as before, but it definitely is more powerful while moving, as my trap speeds are now 2.2 mph higher. And you can definitely feel it pulls better from 2nd gear on up now.

I gained no trap speed between the Vararam and the Blackwing.

I and everyone stat I know that has it here in florida, has gained ATLEAST 3 mph from the vararam on the C5.

Buddy of mine has one and likes it. The only thing I dont like about the Vararam is that it retains the stock airbridge with the crappy accordian coupler that can pop off. I'd get an airbridge as well..

35+ mph and you can really feel a difference.

Before you make your purchase, look at the Raptor. I love mine! Def a difference over stock.
