ss camaro hood on a vette 
i was lookin at the supercharged vettes awhile ago and i was wonderin how the SS camaro hood scoop would look on one. Does anybody have a picture or something just wonderin.....thanks

Personally, I think the aftermarket hoods designed for vettes look great and the hoods that come equipped on the WS6 and SS should stay on the F-BODY.

i was just wonderin what it would llook like **** have a fit about it why dont ya i mean damn i just wanted to see how'd it'd look cause i didnt like the pics i saw of the supercharder stickin out the hood....and for the dude that said he thinks i needa buy a honda.....well i think you need to kiss my ***

Don't let'em get to ya man, it's all in fun, but you have to admit, it is an odd question, right? Although there is a guy that posts here with an aftermarket scoop on his C5, think he has a maggie. Anyway, that particular pic in his sig is pretty cool lookin, but it's not a F-Bod hood.

no i dont think it was a odd question I didnt mean take the hood straight off the camaro and put it on the vette i was just wonderin about a cool lookin hood scoop to cover the supercharger thats all and i liked the SS hood alot and just wanted to see a picture of how it would look i respect other peoples opinion and everything just didnt like being told i should just buy a honda
I have the same style scoop back home that I bought for my 91 camaro, would look like *** on the vette I would never think of it.... EVER!!! That's just my opinion though and that did sound a little ricer ish but you didnt do it so you dont need a honda yet

Gotcha, it kind of sounded in the initial question you were considering putting a camaro hood on a vette. I think that's why you were catching some heat. The hood scoop that I was talking about earlier is the first reply in this thread: https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...ghlight=maggie
This vette hood looks pretty sic to me. If this is something like what you were talking about, then yea, I like it too. But...honestly, for the C5, it's hard to beat the stock hood, IMHO.

i rather have the stock hood really. well anwser this one for me could you get it to where you have the stock hood and the supercharger doesnt stick out the top cause thats where my problem is i just dont like the cut out
well, the hood that comes on the C6 lingenfelter vettes looks badass. but its not on a C5, so that sux. maybe someone can photoshop the C6 lingenfelter hood onto a C5. id like to see that.
