I thought the rating was around 400 HP, but I'm not confident in that number.

[IMG][/IMG] '90 through '92 were 375 hp. and '93 through '95 were 405 hp. There were a total of around 7000 made.

I got one in my 91-ZR-1. The LT-5 was developed and engineered in England by Lotus for GM. They were built by Mercury-Marine in Stillwater,OK. Though the engine looks big it still measures 350 ci. It was the most expensive car offered by GM up into the new 500 HP Zo6 was introduced. My 91 had a sticker price of $65,648. that included the ZR-1 package at a $31,683. option. Great car, but ZR-1 specific parts are hard to find and expensive.

Here's one we have in our showroom...

Underrated from the factory, the 385 horse motors dyno closer to 400+ and the 405 yers dyno closer to 430+.

They are actually 349 cubic inches, not 350's.

Hell ya! Orange power!

LT5's are no joke. They'll still kick the **** outta most cars on the street, and hwy runs, would give a C5Z06 a very good run.
