Default Really need some price info

I'm going to go look at a '99 frc M6 tommorrow close by that has 79,000 miles, a B&B bullit exhaust, black z06 motosports wheels. Hes asking 18k, but im wanting to know if its a good deal or what do i need to try to get it for.

Right now Im driving a '00 auto WS6 and really wanting to get out of it and in this vette. Would anyone advise not doin this??

Doesn't sound too bad.

If it's really clean and everything's in working order, $18k isn't bad at all. You can get a cheaper C5, but then you might have to spend $1000 on it to get it where a cleaner one would be.

check for any leaks in the rear of it, and if the car hasnt been abused too much the interior should be fairly quiet, not a whole lot of rattles/etc

thats doo-able if its not thrashed..

Well I just got back from checking out that particular car. He advertised it as being FLAWLESS. That was a bold lie. The whole rear had been repainted with cheap paint seeing that spots of clear were flaking up. Plenty of curb rash on the wheels, average rock chips ya know (fine with me), Interior was missing a few pieces, but the guy wouldn't budge off of 18,000. Sounded like it was way off for a 82,000 mile car.

I did get to drive the car however and I do now for sure now that i HAVE to have a FRC now! Any clean ones for sale around here??? lol thanks for all the help guys

Try... www.cars.com

They usually have a long list of Vettes for sale.

Use Edmunds & Kelly BlueBook for current value... check both private sale & trade-in prices.
