i like the low 230 range. i personally have a 232/232 600/600 on a 114. it made 403rwhp and 384 torque. if you go to big you will have driveability issues. you dont need big gears for big cams. gears just make the car rev faster and big cams work better the faster the car revs. the 22x range cams make good power and have great power curves. if you want to big dick dyno numbers a 22x cam is not going to do it. so many people get caught up in the dyno numbers and not in how the car runs.

I agree! To many people on this site get all worked up over dyno numbers which really mean squat. But the fact of the matter is if you want to go as fast as possible on the track with a cam swap, your gonna have to go Big, that does not mean smaller cams do not perform well, but on the track big cams do perform better (assuming everything else about the car is matched/correct for it)
