There are many different opinions on this subject, I will do my best
If you plan on tracking your car and doing T1 swaybars then go with the 04 z06 shocks. Most expensive of the bunch
If you dont plan on doing a T1 setup but want a firm shock go with the Bilstein HD Cheaper then 04 z06 shocks
If you dont plan of tracking your car go with stock shocks.
Gene Culley has the best prices on GM shocks
Hope this helps

Blistien sport. They are as firm or firmer than z06 shocks plus they are shorter than stock and will keep you from bottoming out.

How do the bilsteins ride compared to stock and do they work very well on the dragstrip?

I LOVE these shocks. My Vette feels like a Vette should after those.

night and day

koni has a new technology they have patented that tells the shock how to damper by reading the immediate road surface. has all the other shock companies freaking out becuuse everyone including trucks motorhomes big riggs airpalnes ..everybody is gonna get this shock. in 7 years when the patent runs out every shock company in the world will copy it.

increases traction, deletes wheel hop from burn outs! decreases track time. wins races. and gives you a smooth ride, can't get that with bilstein or sach racing shocks. and it works awesome on lowered cars! woohoo!

couple reviews with comments and more info :
