C5 push button start I want to do a push button start on my 97 C5 Vette, I did this on my 99 Z28 and it was cool as hell. I know you still have to put the key in and turn on to take care of Vats. But I just loved it!

Now here is a great install I used for the Z28

Now although I found the same thre wires for the install under the C5's dash ie red bat 12v+ pink 12v+ Acc live and yellow to the starter when I wired in my relay the car would not start. key was in and on and car in park.
I could here the relay was clicking and 12v+ was coming out of pin 87 which goes to the yellow starter wire but no start.
I have a schematic of the C5 ignition if that helps anyone help me! This was kindly provided by someone on another MB
Has anyone else successfully done this to there C5?
