He bought the car back and sold it whole to a guy for $7000-$8000. From what I know the body panels were a little FUBAR, but the car had some nice mods to it that I am sure will pull a lot more than $8k when parted out.

Troy's plate was Z06 2H8, but I always liked the car myself!

Your ride looks sweet.

I'm working on my 2001 Coupe to convert it to a FRC and paint it Artic White. Doing a Tigershark nose, ACP rear fenders, acp rear fascia, MCM hood, caravaggio rocker extenders with CCW classics w black centers.

I run a textralia twin and it's a great clutch. I don't have the big power that I use to have (removed the maggie) but the tex twin is solid.

Yeah. I have some pics of it wrecked, but I keep them confidential at his request.

Troy is a really cool guy, but I dont know if he can handle a car with this much power the way he drove it. He wrecked it twice in less then a year span. Second time he just wasn't lucky enough to be able to fix it.

It's a shame though, the car was beautiful in person. One of the nicest i've seen.

Thats crazy. Coupe to FRC?.... tight. You can buy the entire roof assembly as a gm part number. MAjor pain in *** to change i'd imagine.

Anways thanks man.

Actually not as bad you think it would be. I bought the rear clip off of a wrecked 2000 FRC and stripped off all of the needed parts. Worst part was getting all of the adhesive off of the top to get it seperated from the rest of the panels. Took me three days to get it seperated.

Don't think I know or heard of any others doing this mod, in fact I don't know of anyone quite as crazy as me except for three other guys on the CF.

Are the skulls painted or vinyl as I would like to do something similar on my car but place them up where the LS1 emblems use to be.
