10.76 stock on drag radials
What do you mean the guy? I thought it was your brother! You did not reply to my post, are you not willing to take the challenge? Since you leave harder than anyone else I am sure you would bet up on a slow c5 driver.

So, are you a young girl 22, young girl 23, or lottie the 27 yr old hottie?

Can I get a phone number?

No laptop etc in the car.
Inspection immediately following the pass, if criteria were met.
Focus is on the clutch for stock and the tune for true to factory for the claimed 2007 Z06, air path. A modded car wouldn't run well on the stock tune.
just some thoughts. If a group of experienced Corvette racers were present, they can hear the pass and sense if it sounds stock.
It would not pass inspection if it (1) shows up and (2) were to run low 1.5 60'.

If the OP was THAT serious about proving the "haters" wrong the opportunity to run at Atco would've and should have been jumped on. I don't care who is right and who is wrong but if you're going to start running your mouth you better back it up. Does it seem odd that a C6Z is pulling those kind of 60' times? Sure is. Maybe it's a factory freak or something. You're pretty damn defensive about the whole situation, well you've been given the PERFECT opportunity to shut everyone up and make them eat crow. Be a man and run the car at a GREAT track(Atco is one of the best tracks around IMO).
If you're going to talk to the talk then walk the walk. The truth will set you free.
Dude (dudette?
to the old c5Z days.
Ranger I'm sure you picked this up already besides a few other underlying themes.
This is what I alluded to in my initial post Mr. 9 second Always in Boost.( nice run BTW).
The offer still stands for next week at Atco and I will pay his entry fee if he does the above in Rangers post.
Still wish Phil would show up and tweak my car!

Again while I see potential shenanigans here, I will shoot over some bux to help make the race happen, why not.
As time goes on the potential of the records dropping goes up because there are more cars and drivers on the road.
I saw a lot of longtime guys in that CF thread maybe get carried away, came across as highly argumentative and not very open. That is what would bother me the most. It's like the early LS1 records, you just never know.
He claims a stock C6Z with stock everything including the clutch on drag radials ran faster 60' and 330' than the records for internal modded LS7 with 100-150 addition rwhp. The leaders in the nitrous power adders aren't getting an equivalent 60' and 330'. So definitely a bogus claim.

I know of this guy, I was there the day he ran the 10.76 pass. He was there with some of his family from New Jersey and PA (which I am friends with and race with often).
I didn't talk to the guy personally, but I know he drove the track, switched wheels and raced.
From what I understand from talking with his family/friends he had a filter mod (removed air filter?), drag radials, and a "chip" as it was put...probably meaning a tune.
Not trying to take anything away, just want to see if Im correct or not. The timeslip is for real, but I don't think he was stock. His trap speed may not be high, but hooking a car hard sometimes brings the trap speed down, sometimes it will bring it up though.
Not trying to start a war, but the guy does exist I've seen him race.
