Default Fluids....

I am interested in flushing both brake and clutch fluid and want to know where to get the fluids... I don't want to cheap out here because I don't plan on doing this all the time but I just got new brakes and a clutch so want to clean out the systems.... Do you think I am waisting my time or is it worth it ? Also what fluid should I use and where can I get it... I would prefer to buy online so a link would be awesome.

Thanks

- I would prefer to use a synthetic product unless otherwise recommended.

I just used the Valvoline synthetic fluid from the local parts store. Good name, good product. I got mine at Advance Auto.

Easiest thing to do with the clutch fluid is to clean it out over time. Turkey baster to drain the tank, wipe it all out good, then refil to the line. Do it however often you want and then you don't have to deal with bleeding it.
